Here is your weekly dose of a “Friday in France” a list of what I’m enjoying or pondering.

Restaurant I’m going to

Friday in FranceMokonuts – Paris

He is Lebanese, she is Japanese. When you combine those two cultures in the kitchen, it creates something amazing. Like a spring taboulé and colatura or fennel seeds, lemon confit and okara (almond) cookie. Yum.

If you are in Paris, don’t hesitate to go there, you won’t be disappointed. You must book a table as the restaurant is kinda small (when a place is small, most of the time the food is fresh and delicious. Verified!).

Kitchen tool I’m buying

Friday in France

Bodum Pour-Over Coffee Maker with Permanent Filter

I am one of those coffee lovers. Always looking for another way to make it, another way to taste it.

And this one tool is beautiful and most important makes good coffee.

Want it now, in the cart right now.
